Express Entry (Permanent Residence)

Express Entry is Canada's main online system for managing permanent residence applications under economic immigration programs, such as the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Candidates are ranked using a points system, and those with competitive scores receive invitations to apply for permanent residence.

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)

PNPs allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who have the skills, work experience, or connections needed in that region. A provincial nomination can significantly increase a candidate's chances of becoming a permanent resident.

Family Sponsorship

Family sponsorship programs allow Canadian citizens and permanent residents to reunite with eligible family members by sponsoring them for permanent residence. Common categories include spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, parents, and grandparents.

Citizenship Applications

Canadian citizenship allows permanent residents to become full citizens of Canada, providing the right to vote, obtain a Canadian passport, and access full civic rights. Eligibility is based on residency, language, and other criteria set by the Citizenship Act.

Business & Investor Categories (Federal or Provincial)

These programs allow entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners to immigrate to Canada by establishing or operating a business, creating jobs, or contributing to economic development within a province or territory.

Super Visa (Parent & Grandparent Long-Term Visit)

The Super Visa allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to visit Canada for extended periods, often up to several years at a time, making it ideal for long-term family stays without needing frequent visa renewals.

    Study Permits

A study permit is an authorization that allows international students to pursue education at designated learning institutions (DLIs) in Canada. It may also allow part-time work during studies and, in many cases, post-study pathways to work and permanent residence.

    Work Permits (Open & Employer-Specific)

Work permits allow foreign nationals to work legally in Canada. Employer-specific work permits are tied to one employer, job, and location. Open work permits allow eligible individuals to work for almost any employer in Canada. Work permits can be issued under LMIA-required programs or LMIA-exempt categories.

Visitor Visa / Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)

A visitor visa (TRV) allows foreign nationals from visa-required countries to travel to Canada temporarily for tourism, visiting family, or short-term business activities. It does not authorize work or long-term study.

    LMIA & Employer Immigration Programs

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a process where Canadian employers demonstrate the need to hire a foreign worker because no suitable Canadian worker is available. A positive LMIA supports a work permit application and, in some cases, permanent residence pathways.

    Restoration of Status

Restoration allows temporary residents who have lost their legal status in Canada to apply to regain it within a specific timeframe, provided they continue to meet the requirements of the status they are seeking to restore.
